Troubleshooting and Frequently Asked Questions
Filtering Isn’t Working
PolitiShield relies on Apple’s built-in SMS filtering system. If filtering is not functioning as expected, please ensure the following:

Your device is running iOS 14.0 or later.

Open Settings > Messages > Unknown & Spam.

Under SMS Filtering, make sure PolitiShield is selected.

Confirm that "Filter Unknown Senders" is enabled.
If problems persist, contact us using the information below.
Managing Your Subscription
All billing is handled directly by Apple. To manage your subscription:

Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

Locate PolitiShield and select to cancel, upgrade, or review your plan.

Refunds must be requested through Apple at support.apple.com/billing.
We cannot access your Apple account or issue refunds directly.
